的 UCSF Peripheral Nerve Center provides advanced care for a variety of peripheral nerve issues. We care for injuries and conditions caused by compressed nerves, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, with treatments ranging from nerve block injections for pain relief to surgical repair of damaged nerves.
We also have expertise in treating peripheral nerve tumors, including neurofibromas and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors. 周围神经肿瘤 can arise spontaneously but are often found in people with certain genetic conditions, such as neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1), for which UCSF also offers 专业护理.
